Requirements for teachers:

Higher pedagogical education in a chosen position,
At least three years of experience in a chosen subject at school (not tutoring),
The availability of certificates and advanced training is a benefit,
Knowledge of English, Kazakh and Russian at a level not lower than B2 and C1,
Possessing such personal qualities as decency, a high level of responsibility and moral stability, honesty, ability to empathise, communication skills, neatness, organisation, sense of tact, self-restraint, and unselfishness is necessary.
